przed|PRACA (pre|WORK) project enables young people aged 16+ gain invaluable work experience while still at school. We help young people find aspirational jobs and placements that are linked to their interests and plans for the future. It also aims to encourage young people to settle locally after finishing school.

This project is also a chance for local employers, struggling with very low unemployment rate, resulting in high costs of finding and acquiring new employees. Thanks to przed|PRACA, they gain access to a new cohort of potential employees, previously not active on the job market.
